Now this is a bit of a blast from the past. Kingdom Under Fire 2 was revealed more than ten years ago, but developers Blueside hit different roadblocks along the way and the game only saw a limited release in Asia and Russia, somewhat deflating the hype Western players had for this once highly anticipated title.
This seems set to change after today’s news, however, as publisher Gameforge revealed that the MMORPG-RTS hybrid should be out in November 2019, with preorders already live at the game’s official website (starting at US$29.99 and going up to US$99.99 for the biggest package). We don’t yet know what digital platforms will the game launch on, but the publisher mentioned more than one, so hopefully there won’t be any exclusivity shenanigans.
