Square Enix Unveils Survival Shooter Left Alive

Square Enix has just revealed Left Alive, a survival action shooter featuring art from Yoji Shinkawa (of Metal Gear fame). While the teaser trailer shared with the press wasn’t too heavy on details, it seemed to place an emphasis on mech combat, rather than simple boots on the ground action.

If the name of Yoji Shinkawa wasn’t enough to get mech fans’ hearts pumping, this next bit of news should do the trick, as Square Enix also confirmed that the game’s director will be none other than Toshifumi Nabeshima, known for his work on FromSoftware‘s Chromehounds and the Armored Core series.

Left Alive should be out in 2018.
