Bethesda has opened the floodgates for The Elder Scrolls: Legends’ beta after 3 months of closed testing. The new digital card game, set in the same universe as Skyrim and Oblivion can now be played for free (though there are optional in app purchases) through the publisher’s own Bethesda.net download service.
