THQ Nordic has just unveiled South Park: Snow Day, a 3D cooperative title intended for four players, and taking place in the beloved South Park universe.

Going from the gameplay featured in the reveal trailer, I’d say we’ll be doing a lot of punching and pretend magic, so this could be something in the vein of the fairly well received Magicka titles. The publisher also shared that Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny are back (I don’t think anyone would have cared much for the game if they weren’t in it, to be honest) and that the basic premise of the title is that we’ll be celebrating a snowy day, so the gang doesn’t have to attend school. Apparently there’s some world-saving quest at hand as well, but as with everything South Park, we don’t really know what that will entail.

South Park: Snow Day should arrive sometime in 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X and Nintendo Switch.
